School year cancellation policy: Lessons are only made up if the student is sick or there is an emergency. A minimum of 24 hours is required if you need to cancel or reschedule your lesson. If you fail to show up to your scheduled lesson without any communication, or don't give proper notice, that lesson cannot be made up.

Please remember, you get one "freebie" unpaid lesson for schedule conflicts. Once that is used, you may reschedule yourself only in case of emergency or sickness.
